This photo
album is organized in a series of successive pages; this page is sort of
a highlights index to the weekend. There are many more pictures.
You can use this index page to jump to all of them (click on the highlighted
links) or you can just start anywhere and "flip back and forth" between
the pages.

...and now for the
big show...
Aaron, Sue and I flew
out to San Francisco on Friday the 17th. Larissa met us and the airport,
and took us to the People's Republic of Berkeley where she lives.
First, to a really luscious B&B she'd booked us into, then (click
here for more) over to her house, where we talked and Aaron got to know
Zilla

The next morning, in the
continuing process of eating our way across Berkeley, we had breakfast
at a wonderful French restaurant with Vince and Diane And Dan and boy,
did we talk! (Click Here for more)
The guys went to see StarWars: The Obscene Flone Calls
to let their digestion settle and the goirls went off to the flea market
(the tough went shopping). Hard work for all of us.
Then (click here for more)
we met back at Larissa's again, this time with the whole family.
Again, Vince told jokes and everybody else cracked up. And again
we ate...at a neighborhood deli (50 blocks away and a long grueling walk)
After that we split up. Vince, Diane and Dan went
back to San Francisco across the bay. La had a party that night (complete
with dogfight) that we went to (no pictures). The next (Sunday)
morning, we continued our (burp) Culinary tour of Bezerkely with breakfast
at Mom's Royal Diner....an original '50s diner with scrumptious Eggs Benedict
(no good pictures, but plenty of calories).
Then came graduation (click
here for more). The walk down the aisle, the hooding and the magic
words were said that actually turns Larissa into a dottore....why
that had to wait 3 years to say them I don't know

Afterwards at the reception...
Larissa (and everyone else) was grinning like a loony...More food, would
you believe: champagne, nori rolls and chocolate cake...God, I love
the California Eclectic. Here's Larissa, who's ditched her robes
for a feather boa, along with Kari and Jen (click here for more)
Finally, there was one
Last Supper that night....Chinese this time (and about time)....La and
Michael got all kissy-poo huggy-face....(click here for more).
